The Ruby Lane's Killings is an incident that occurred on Wednesday, the 10th of February 1965 at the Greene family household in Shadyside. The killings were done by Ruby Lane in 1965. It is referenced during the events of Fear Street Part 1: 1994, the incident was reported on the following day on the 11th of February. It was preceded by Harry Rooker's killings and succeeded by the Camp Nightwing massacre.
It ended with 8 dead with four identified by the names of Thomas Miller, Stacy Greene, Trisha Carter and Leslie Fields. Three were unnamed and the incident ended with Ruby killing herself.
The only known survivor was Alice Greene, mother of Stacy, who had been upstairs during the murders.

On Tuesday, the 9th of February 1965, Ruby Lane attended a party hosted by her best friend, Stacy Greene. At an unknown time, Joseph Goode made his way to the Witch's Mark where he sold Ruby's soul to Satan. At the party, Ruby turned and killed the attendees before killing herself to end the pact.
In the aftermath, authorities were called and witnesses stated that the young girl had been found with satanic symbols either painted or carved into her skin. During the killings, Ruby sang a song and accused of boyfriend of adulterous behaviour. After the incident, Mary Lane, mother of Ruby, began finding information on what made her daughter snap.
